From January 9 to 11, 2026, DAMAVO® spent three days moving from the office into nature, from data back to people, and from individuals back to the team. This was not simply a trip — it was a way to realign our direction for the next three years.
It was a strategic reset designed to prepare DAMAVO® for the next stage of growth — where system-level capability, delivery reliability, and client trust matter more than ever.
January 9 — Unity in Strength
Strong systems start with strong people
The first day began outdoors, away from offices, data sheets, and project timelines.
Through collaborative challenges and shared experiences, team members reconnected not as departments, but as one system.
In a company that delivers complex power and lighting solutions, no project succeeds through individual effort alone.
Engineering, quality, production, and sales must operate as one coordinated unit — just like the systems we build for our clients.
Unity in strength means more than teamwork.
It means every role understands how their work affects the final system delivered to the customer — and takes responsibility for it.
This mindset is the foundation of DAMAVO®’s system-level reliability.
January 10 — Looking Inward
Before defining the future, we faced the truth
The second day was dedicated to our 2025 review and three-year strategic planning.
We examined what worked, what failed, and where we must become stronger.
One conclusion was clear and unanimously shared:
DAMAVO® is no longer just a product manufacturer.
We are building complete power and lighting solution systems.
That means:
- Stronger engineering standards
- More disciplined project management
- Tighter quality control
- And higher responsibility for customer success
- For our clients, this shift reduces risk.
They are not managing scattered components — they are working with a partner who understands the entire system, from design to delivery.
At the end of the day, our CEO JOY delivered a powerful summary. She reflected on the philosophy of “prepare and succeed, fail to prepare and fail,” highlighting how the company has grown from fearing challenges and hesitating to take the first step, to embracing bold predictions and ambitious planning.
JOY also expressed gratitude to all team members — both those present at the onsite meeting and those contributing tirelessly on the frontlines. Looking ahead to 2026, she shared three guiding keywords for DAMAVO®:
Intentional Success – Think and act on the right things to achieve the results we envision.
Applied Learning – Choose the most practical and relevant knowledge, test it through practice, and learn by solving real problems.
United Momentum – Align our energy and efforts to reach far-reaching goals together.
These principles set the tone for the year ahead, inspiring every team member to move forward with clarity, courage, and collaboration.
January 11 — In Action
Turning alignment into execution
The final day focused on action.
Outdoor challenge programs tested coordination, judgment, and trust under pressure — the same skills required in real customer projects.
These exercises were not symbolic.
They were designed to reinforce how DAMAVO® teams must perform when deadlines are tight, specifications are strict, and projects cannot fail.
High-performance collaboration is not an idea — it is a daily operational standard.
